  • Monitor our environmental performance through reviews and discussions
  • Promote environmental awareness, standards, responsibility and skills for our employees through education, training and open discussions
  • Develop our environmental expertise
  • Work with suppliers and contractors who are aware of environmental issues and willing to adopt new processes
  • Include environmental requirements in daily processes
  • Promote water sensitive drainage design and retention systems to minimize water loss and the need for infrastructure and provide aesthetic public landscape
  • Consult and cooperate with environmental agencies and the community on environmental issues
  • Develop and implement, where practicable, resource efficiency, waste management and recycling programs throughout our organisation
  • Keep up to date with the Principles of Sustainable Gardening Australia and the ECLIPs certification program
